A Tale Dark And Grimm, is my favorite book! Its written by Addam Gidwitz, hes kinda my favorite author. Its a twist on Hansel and Gretel (fantasy, fiction, adventure). But please don't think of that story while you read this one. Its very different. Its creep[y when you think about it, but its so well written that you barely notice that its creepy. Its starts off with Hansel and Gretel's father stealing their mother that is cursed. If she gets married, her husband dies either before or after they are married. A faithful servant saves them and once he explains he turns to stone. After a few year Hansel and Gretel come into the picture. Their parents (King and Queen) put their faithful servant (still stone) right next to their bedside to be thankful everyday. He starts talking and tells the king that there is a way to save him.
